As a Graduate at Ipsos you will be enrolled onto our global Generation Ipsos Graduate Programme. Generation Ipsos is a 12-month programme for those starting a career across the business in Research, Project Management, Consultancy, Data Analytics and more.
Our aim is to equip our graduates with the skills, values, behaviours, and knowledge to excel in their roles. We are committed to investing in your development, and to offering you comprehensive support and guidance throughout the programme, empowering you to build a successful and fulfilling career. You will have the opportunity to receive extensive and industry leading training that is specifically designed to provide you with a comprehensive foundation in research with practical application in a commercial environment. These cover 4 key skill areas of Technical, Research, Personal, and Client First. After completing the programme, you'll be eligible for promotion to further progress your career at Ipsos.
