b Overview /b p In this role you will support health, economic and social policy evaluations by managing small projects, applying diverse methods, and delivering high-quality outputs. You will work within Ipsos Public Affairs to triangulate data, engage clients, and contribute to proposals while developing methodological approaches. The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, client-facing work, and growth opportunities in a leading research organisation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 25 days annual leave /li li pension contribution /li li income protection /li li life assurance /li li hybrid working /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage small evaluation projects (less than 100k) and contribute to larger evaluation strands, including finances, timetable, and client relations /li li Apply critical thinking to analysis and reporting, ensuring clear and coherent writing /li li Triangulate quantitative and qualitative evidence using tools like Excel, SPSS, Stata, and qualitative methods /li li Engage in external meetings, build client relationships, and contribute to presentations and workshops /li li Contribute to business development via proposal sections and coordinating inputs across teams /li li Use emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance research, analysis, and delivery /li li Clean, integrate, and analyse data from multiple sources to answer complex policy questions /li li Develop theories of change, logic models, and evaluation frameworks /li li Design questionnaires and interview guides; conduct stakeholder interviews to gather evidence /li li Draft reports and presentations for government and public sector clients; present findings and recommendations /li li Support proposals and thought leadership to grow the team and showcase expertise /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience delivering social and/or policy research in consultancy, research agency, public sector, or related environment /li li Strong understanding of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods /li li Excellent written communication for reports and client-facing outputs /li li Strong project management skills with ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality /li li Experience building effective relationships with colleagues, clients or external stakeholders /li li Good numeracy and data-handling skills with ability to interpret evidence /li li Degree-level qualification, or equivalent professional experience, in a relevant discipline /li /ul ul li strong written communication /li li stakeholder engagement /li li relationship building /li li Excel /li li SPSS /li li Stata /li /ul
