Ipsos is seeking enthusiastic Multilingual Market Research Telephone Interviewers to join our team onsite at our Leith Links Telephone Centre in Edinburgh. This is a casual engagement. We offer work as projects become available, and you select the shifts you wish to work, giving you flexibility while being part of a friendly and supportive team environment.

In this role, you will conduct professional telephone interviews with members of the public and business customers across a variety of sectors. Using your language skills, you will engage participants in their native language to gather high‐quality insights that support our clients' strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews over the phone using scripted questionnaires.
  • Capture high-quality data and feedback from participants.
  • Utilise language skills to communicate effectively in participants' native languages.
  • Ensure each interaction is conducted professionally and ethically.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in more than one language (Multilingual essential).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident using a computer and following digital processes.
