The Role

From day one, you’ll be working on live projects for some of our clients across a variety of industry sectors. As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, balancing project management and delivery responsibilities to ensure work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within scope. Your role will include:

  • Supporting the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including client briefs, timelines and costings, fieldwork management and quality control
  • Managing and coordinating project plans, timelines, roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
  • Undertaking quality assurance across materials, data and reporting to maintain high standards throughout projects

  • A natural curiosity about the world we live in and an intrigue for human behaviour
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in every task.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them in a clear and engaging way for diverse audiences.
  • Commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset, with a genuine passion in understanding client needs and delivering impactful, value‑driven solutions.
  • Independent, self‑starter. You stay cool under pressure and contribute to our very positive office culture!
  • Proactive, you put yourself forward and you embrace collaboration and teamwork, working effectively with others and valuing diverse perspectives to build on colleagues' strengths.
  • A focus on self‑awareness and a growth mindset, driven to succeed and make a real impact, with a willingness to reflect, learn, and grow.
  • An aptitude for leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance research and insights, in line with Ipsos' standards and policies.
