You will support and work alongside Account Leads, helping to build trusted relationships with our clients and demonstrate the value of our solution through analytical capabilities.
The Role
This role will be responsible for delivering impactful insights which power business decisions for our portfolio of clients. Utilising the power of our market-leading AI Enabled SaaS platform Synthesio, you will support and work alongside Account Leads, delivering gold standard for client management and deep consulting to partner with clients year-on-year growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle, including set-up, report template design and insight writing using a mixed method (quant and qual) research approach.
- Work closely with client service managers on platform set-up and account managers on consulting deliverables.
- Develop social data expertise on the Synthesio platform by cleaning mentions using Boolean, classifying social conversation, supporting the design of visualisations.
- Understand the client’s business and reporting needs to create actionable solutions.
- Analysing data and developing insights to support client business cases based on our gold standard frameworks in social and search intelligence.
- Complete administrative duties of project management, such as finance and understand your impact on project finances, e.g. knowing how much time is budgeted for different tasks or suggesting efficiencies.
- Aware of and apply BES and good Information Governance.
- You will communicate with clients and manage client’s expectations and complete deliverables with guidance and support (when required).

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office in Late June and we are looking for candidates to start on 6th July.
