The Client Service team holds the overall relationships with clients across our accounts and includes a combination of Insights, Client Success and CXPS specialists.
Insights is not just about designing the right surveys but delivering best in class insight and storytelling across both platform and non platform programmes. Professional Services (CXPS) is about the added value advisory services we can offer clients to truly drive change, both around existing projects and as standalone pieces of work. Client Success at Ipsos CX is all about getting the best out of the CX technology platforms for our client programmes.
From day one, you’ll work on live client projects across a variety of industry sectors, including Telco, Retail & Fashion, Hotels & Hospitality, Auto, Financial Services.
The Role
You will gain exposure and experience in platform based CX programmes. Working alongside CX experts, you will build the skills, knowledge and confidence to support the team in best practice delivery across the end-to-end project cycle.
- Gain experience and knowledge of core CX tools and techniques such as survey design, fieldwork and sampling management, quality control, dashboard design, data analysis, platform features and functionality.
- Contribute to and check relevant project materials e.g. questionnaires, sampling plans, dashboard specifications, closed loop design.
- Take responsibility for some smaller aspects of projects, seeking out opportunities to support the team across workstreams.
- Start to communicate directly with clients e.g. drafting updates or develop presentation delivery skills.
- Contribute to overall account success by taking part in quarterly reviews, understanding how projects work financially and shadowing others responding to requests.
- Connect client needs to products and services within CX and the latest in industry and internal CX thinking.

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office on the 3rd September and we are looking for candidates to start on 2nd November.
