About the role

Join the Ipsos UK Facilities team and play a key role in creating a welcoming, productive, and professional workplace for colleagues, clients, and visitors.

This is a part-time role offering flexible ad hoc hours based at our office near Tower Bridge.

Shifts are available between 8:00am and 6:00pm and are offered on an as-needed basis to cover team absences, annual leave, and periods of increased business activity.

Applicants should be available to work early starts and late finishes when required.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be at the heart of our office operations, serving as the first point of contact and helping to deliver an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

This is a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative Facilities team responsible for reception services, meeting room management, audiovisual support, hospitality coordination, events, and building maintenance.

You'll help ensure our offices operate efficiently while reflecting the high standards and values that define Ipsos.

From supporting client visits and coordinating hospitality requirements to troubleshooting facilities issues and assisting with events, you'll enjoy broad exposure across workplace services.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

Desirable skills

  • Experience working within facilities, reception, workplace, or office services environments.
  • Familiarity with facility management systems or workplace management software.
