What the Role Involves

  • Each shift is based on a specific route, stop, or station.
  • You'll be provided with everything you need, including a tablet, survey materials, and ID, to carry out your work confidently.
  • During your shift, you will:
    • Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey
    • Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses
    • Capture feedback on their journey and experience
    • Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall)

Shift Details

  • Some involve travelling on a bus for the full route
  • Others are based at a bus stop or station (typically around 3 hours)

You’ll be working independently, often in public-facing environments, so confidence and resilience are key.
