In this Research Manager role, you lead day-to-day delivery for client programmes, focusing on retention and client success across cross-sector accounts. You'll coordinate resources, manage programme finances, and drive improvements in processes and delivery. Working with Directors and the Client Success team, you'll ensure high-quality insights and 'aha' moments beyond data provision. You'll mentor junior colleagues and contribute to QBRs, shaping client impact and team growth.
- Lead day-to-day execution of a client portfolio (100k-700k)
- Drive client retention and satisfaction and manage retain plans
- Oversee programme finances and profitability
- Resource planning with Client Success Director to meet client needs
- Mentor or guide junior team members

- Ensure QBR standards and deliver impactful client insights
