Experteer Overview In this Research Manager role, you lead day-to-day delivery for client programmes, focusing on retention and client success across cross-sector accounts. You'll coordinate resources, manage programme finances, and drive improvements in processes and delivery. Working with Directors and the Client Success team, you'll ensure high-quality insights and 'aha' moments beyond data provision. You'll mentor junior colleagues and contribute to QBRs, shaping client impact and team growth.
- Lead day-to-day execution of a client portfolio (100k-700k) Drive client retention and satisfaction and manage retain plans Oversee programme finances and profitability Resource planning with Client Success Director to meet client needs Mentor or guide junior team members Support personal and team development Ensure QBR standards and deliver impactful client insights Model Ipsos behaviours and foster a high-performance culture Tasks Strong problem-solving skills Experience managing project finances and delivering within budget Experience in designing and implementing processes and evaluating improvements Project management experience with coordinating teams and deadlines Strong organisational skills across multiple projects Highly numerate and comfortable with numbers Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
