Join our vibrant Field Department, comprised of over 60 team members, overseeing a vast network of 500+ interviewers across the UK. As a Technical Specialist, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining systems that enhance departmental efficiency and automation. You will serve as a vital link between our Field Department and Technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution by creating performance reports and collaborating with the Software Development team to refine our Field Management System.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems that enhance departmental efficiency and automation.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Field Department and Technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create performance reports and collaborate with the Software Development team to refine our Field Management System.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in Excel, Power Query and VBA macros.
