A Senior Project Manager in Ipsos has the opportunity to strategically shape and make their mark on some of our largest and most important accounts. You will be working closely with our clients, and in partnership with the research team, to deliver programmes that have a tangible impact on their business. In the Brand Health team, PMs focus on the large & complex programmes – usually £500k+. With support, you will lead the end‑to‑end costing, planning and management of your projects, and manage the delivery process in partnership with the researchers. You will work closely with multidisciplinary / operational teams and contribute to the development of improved processes. Note: This is not an Operations role. This role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the London office and 2 from home.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large‑scale, complex projects, working with researchers from planning through to closure, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects run efficiently.
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and keeping projects within scope.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with Operations, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Join a team that continually improves processes, challenging the status quo to find smarter ways of working.
  • Lead costings, provide input on pricing decisions and produce regular financial performance updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven quantitative and senior project management experience at a Senior Project Manager level.
  • Expertise in your chosen project management area and a continuous pursuit of professional growth.
  • Demonstrated desire to develop a career in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong client‑management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
  • Experience in market research and managing multi‑market tracking studies.
  • Experience in online and offline methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with teams in remote locations.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and machine learning are applied in market research to enhance data analysis, automate tasks, and generate insights.
