Specifically, we support pharmaceutical and medical device and diagnostics clients in all aspects of market access, from clinical development and post-launch through to loss of exclusivity and beyond.
As an HEOR Director / Principal at Ipsos, you will be a key player in our Market Access & HEOR service line. You will lead teams to deliver impactful projects in payer and stakeholder insights, value proposition development, and market access strategies across our operational hubs in the US, UK, and APAC. Your day‑to‑day will involve strategic client engagement, business development through thought leadership, and delivering expert knowledge on global healthcare systems. Your skills in HTA system submissions and economic modelling will provide our clients with trusted advice and actionable insights.

Qualifications- MSc or equivalent degree in Health Economics & Outcomes Research, MPH (Master of Public Health) or similar postgraduate qualifications
- Proficiency in economic modelling and use of advanced excel, SAS, Python, R or similar coding skills
- Extensive expertise in Market HEOR topics including HTA landscaping, advanced modelling techniques
- Deep understanding of industry trends and client business needs to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients
- Proven track record in driving commercial success and revenue growth
- Experience in overseeing and managing multi‑project portfolios effectively
- Clinical or Academic experience developed either in the UK or within Europe
- Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day‑to‑day tasks
- Familiarity with digital data collection methods and online analytics tools
- Experience in global or cross‑regional market research projects
- Developing new research approaches or using emerging technologies such as predictive analytics & synthetic data
- Strong leadership skills to mentor senior team members, nurturing future leaders
- Ability to represent Ipsos externally, contributing to industry discussions
- Experience in operating across the connections between HEOR and RWE
