Hiring a part‑time Field Interviewer to conduct face‑to‑face conversations with people on doorsteps, in communities, and on public transport.

You will collect opinions about services and communities, helping shape real decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Speak to members of the public and ask survey questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Record answers on a company tablet provided by Ipsos.
  • Represent Ipsos when interacting with participants and in public areas.
  • Work primarily independently, selecting shifts or per‑complete opportunities that fit your schedule.

Requirements

  • Friendly and comfortable striking up conversations with strangers.
  • Self‑motivated and happy working on your own.
  • Reliable and organised with a good sense of time management.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Access to a car and willingness to travel locally.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay range: £17‑19 per hour for regular shifts.
  • Training period: £12.75 per hour.
  • Transport projects: £51‑£61 per shift (project dependent).
  • Pay‑per‑complete: payment for each successful interview completed.
  • Work 2–3 days a week with 6‑hour shifts for door‑to‑door projects.
