As a Research Manager in our Healthcare Syndicated team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering groundbreaking insights in the cardio‑metabolic field.

Collaborate with global teams across the UK, US, and Malaysia to provide end‑to‑end research solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative ad‑hoc research combined with a willingness to upskill on new approaches.
  • Strong interest in working in Cardio Metabolics across a range of clients and indications.
  • Enjoying the challenge of digging into data to find answers to clients' key business questions.
  • Ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships through the delivery of excellent reports and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage standard quantitative and/or qualitative projects end‑to‑end, including questionnaire/study design, project processes, sampling, and analysis.
  • Ability to lead complex multi‑country/multi‑wave studies with multiple subscribers.
  • Experience of managing, developing and motivating team members.
  • Solid research skills including questionnaire and study design, project processes, sampling and basic analytical techniques.
  • Commercial outlook, understanding client business and modeling our Client First behaviours.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail; excellent time management and ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Financial awareness: proactively managing finances on projects and ensuring project profitability.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance day‑to‑day research.
