In this role you\’ll join the Brand & Comms team, a community of researchers whose mission is to help some of the world\’s leading brands create competitive advantage with their brand strategy and advertising. Your leadership will directly contribute to your clients\’ success, as well as to the growth of our team.
You will be responsible for leading accounts and driving growth within our Brand Health Tracking business. This will include leading pitches, writing proposals, and owning 2 or 3 of our largest client relationships. You will build up and manage a portfolio of clients, being responsible for delivery, account retention and further account growth.
Your impact will be felt by ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional work on existing accounts, delighting and winning repeat business, while also expanding our ever-growing client base.

Day to day
These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as Ipsos is a dynamic organisation , this may vary as different opportunities arise:
- Strategic Client Conversations: Conduct senior-level client meetings and calls to discuss brand performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities
- Data Analysis & Insight Development: Review brand health data, identify key trends and actionable insights, and develop strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact for clients
- Portfolio Management: Review account performance metrics, profitability analysis, and growth pipeline development, ensuring each account meets or exceeds revenue and margin targets
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead account teams, provide coaching and guidance on analytical challenges, and conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports to drive performance and career development
- Proposal Development & Pitching: Write compelling proposals for new business opportunities, develop innovative research approaches, and present to prospective clients
This role offers hybrid working from our London office 3 days per week and the rest from home.
About You

- Extensive leadership experience in a commercial, consulting, or market research environment with proven track record in brand tracking and brand equity research
- Personal mastery and comprehensive understanding of brand tracking methodologies, brand equity frameworks, and consumer insights approaches
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of strategic brand insights and analytics projects
- Proven track record of building deep client relationships and serving as trusted advisor to senior marketing leadership
- Project team leadership experience managing and developing research professionals across multiple seniority levels
Skills:
A good understanding of research techniques and their applications within organisations
- Innovation leadership in developing new research approaches and implementing emerging technologies for brand measurement
- Business development capabilities including leading pitches, writing proposals, and coordinating new business activities
- Culture building – proven ability to establish culture of continuous learning and collaboration
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to present insights to C-suite audiences and exemplify company values
