About the Role
Join the thriving Ipsos Market Access team, a global leader in delivering insightful pricing and reimbursement strategies. As a Consultant, you'll spearhead high-impact, multi-country projects and interact closely with payers and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include project management, strategic recommendation delivery, and managing expectations through continuous communication with clients and teams. With opportunities to engage in business development and novel market access strategies, this role promises growth and an unparalleled impact.
About You
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA) or a BA/BS/MS degree with experience in market access/healthcare strategy consulting or the biopharmaceutical industry
- Excellent understanding of healthcare systems and pricing & reimbursement processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight and immovable deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced degree or significant experience in market access or healthcare strategy
- Strong familiarity with global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes
- Exceptional project management skills combined with proven research methodology expertise
- Exposure to global or multi-market projects
- Experience contributing to proposals or business development activities
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools and online analytics
- Use of AI tools to enhance research, analysis, or efficiency
