Ipsos’s Audience measurement team is recruiting.
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager at Associate Director level to join the Ipsos iris team, particularly adept in product management audience measurement reporting tools such as Telmar, TGI, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Ipsos iris and expertise in Excel.
This role requires working closely with data analytics, software developers, data science, and engineering, while maintaining interaction with industry bodies to discuss product evolution, primarily focusing on the Ipsos iris reporting interface and related data advancements.
This role sits in Ipsos’s Audience Measurement team that uses a deep understanding of people to make sense of audiences and how they consume media.
We use these insights to influence media strategy, helping clients to answer crucial questions, such as how to target audiences, maximise attention across platforms, enhance audience experience, and demonstrate or increase audience value.

You will be working on UKOM, the UK body for online audience measurement, which appointed Ipsos as the new supplier of the UK industry standard for online audience measurement.
The new approach (Ipsos Iris) has a single-source high quality nationally representative panel at its heart and will provide the industry with an unrivalled understanding of online behaviour across PC, smartphone and tablet.
The role
Your role is to gather requirements from clients and commercial teams, follow up and refine user stories with the relevant product owner, execute testing for new developments, and communicate information on the new features.
Additionally, responsibilities will extend to maintaining comprehensive documentation and orchestrating training for any new or upgraded product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on enhancing and upgrading the reporting interface.
Transform product roadmap elements into product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Partner with the Head of Ipsos iris and Product Owners on prioritization, backlog maintenance, product roadmap development, and driving Ipsos iris's features from conception to launch in a dynamic setting.
- Ensure clear and precise requirement documentation and alignment with timelines amidst regular communication.
- Operate within an Agile framework, reviewing business requirements against priorities, outlining deliverables, and evaluating opportunities and risks.
- Assume ownership of tasks from initiation to completion.
- Communicate consistently and transparently about releases, product developments, and industry news.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including data science, analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
- Embed and leverage Ipsos AI tools usage as part of the daily tasks to enable efficiency in communication, documentation, and planning.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and teamwork skills, coupled with autonomous priority management and task execution.
- Participate in conferences, events, and webinars.
About you
We are seeking a proactive individual who is well-versed in the latest digital technology and media industry developments and actively monitors ongoing trends.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen ability to integrate emerging innovations and market shifts into the product strategy to ensure continuous growth and advancement.
- Expertise in syndicated research project mechanisms, including thorough comprehension of inputs, outputs, methodologies, data QA/QC, data sourcing, panel recruitment, measurement solutions, UI, and metrics.
- In-depth understanding of audience measurement principles, with prior experience in studies associated with audience measurement.
- Proficiency in audience measurement reporting tools such as Telmar, TGI, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Ipsos iris and expertise in Excel.
- Expert in excel and power point
- Advantageous skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python for data mining.
- Familiarity with reporting software user experience
