The Role:
This role will be working within Client Organisation, a highly specialised and high profile commercial team in Ipsos. This is a senior, high-profile and strategic role within Ipsos bringing clients into the heart of our business. You will bring the best of Ipsos’ services to deliver against clients' needs with impact. This role will give you the opportunity to become a trusted partner primarily responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth.
About you:
- Experience of leading a multi-million pound large global brand account within consumer packaged goods.
- Proven track record of growing and nurturing client relationships – someone with the drive, passion and enthusiasm, a Hunter and Farmer!
- Strong Influencing skills, inspiring, leading and attracting the BEST people to work on clients by creating an engaged community to work on clients and support client and market action plans.
- Able to understand clients’ business, structure, culture and strategy.
- Ability to create trusted relationships.
- Proficient in identifying client stakeholders, mapping budgets and generating leads, creating connections across a wide selection of stakeholders including outside CMI and with c-suite.
- Able to understand and adapt to clients’ motivations and pressures and have meaningful business conversations at senior level.
- Expert in creating Joint Business Plans with clients reviewing partnership goals and measuring success.
- Able to predict client needs by being the eyes and ears of Ipsos with clients, competitors, sectors and market dynamics.
