Join our Commercial Finance team, 31 dedicated employees providing comprehensive financial support to 18 different service lines across the UK. Ipsos is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and guidance to specific business units within Ipsos. You will be a key point of contact for financial matters, working closely with non-finance professionals and helping them understand and manage their budgets and projects.

The Role:
You will be working closely with the Finance lead and business unit leads analysing financial data and providing insights to improve business performance. Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
You will lead the production of annual budgets and forecasts, maintaining up-to-date project forecasts, ensuring the financial integrity of projects and proactively challenging teams on financial matters

- This role requires a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles.
- Qualified or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a commercial, business-facing role is highly desirable, particularly within the market research or consulting industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance audiences.
