Our very successful Creative Excellence service line are looking for a Director focussed on developing and growing the business. If you are looking to further your career by working in a rapidly growing comms research team who are passionate about all things advertising, then this could be a great opportunity for you!

In the Ipsos Creative Excellence team we partner with clients to put the voice of the consumer front and centre in the campaign development process. We work with some of the biggest, ambitious and most dynamic businesses in the world, working across the whole creative cycle, from early-stage campaign development to pre-testing to post campaign evaluation studies. Building on several years of rapid growth, we have ambitious targets for the future – you will play a key role in helping us meet them.

Day to day

  • Business Development: expand our client base, proactively unlocking growth opportunities and ensuring Ipsos is in the consideration set for key prospects when they are reviewing their pre-testing partners.
  • You will work closely with the Leadership Team to shape, deliver and implement commercial growth strategies.
  • Key Prospects Pipeline: be responsible for all key performance metrics relating to assigned prospect accounts – opportunity metrics, conversion analysis and growth pipeline development.
  • Proposal Oversight: lead response to RFPs with best-in-class proposals that demonstrate a strong understanding of client needs and leverage our industry leading products.
  • Senior Account Sponsor: lead on the win and set up of medium and large-scale programmes.
  • Thought Leadership: develop insight-driven thought leadership, champion globally produced thought leadership, take on external speaking opportunities and participate in industry forums.
  • Creative Expertise: be a recognised comms expert, using your extensive experience to upskill junior members of the team – both formally (training sessions) and informally (on-the-job).
  • Market Intelligence: monitor the competitive landscape, identifying market trends and opportunities to maintain Ipsos’s competitive advantage.

About You

  • Experience winning or running large, multi-country pre-testing programmes.
  • Brilliant advisory skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights, demonstrating a clear understanding of what they mean for our client's businesses.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with client teams and their ad agencies.

Desired criteria

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience working with other subject matter experts and delivery teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Thought leadership and content development experience within the insights or data sector, including webinars, whitepapers, and industry presentations.
  • Event representation and speaking experience at industry conferences and forums with proven ability to drive client engagement.
