As Senior Process Engineer in our Capital Projects team, you'll lead process engineering across major projects and help shape the future of manufacturing at a growing strategic site.
What you'll do:
- Lead process engineering for major capital projects, delivering safe, compliant and efficient solutions from concept through to handover.
- Act as the process engineering SME, providing oversight, technical review and guidance to process and project engineers across major capital projects.
- Drive process design and innovation by evaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance are embedded throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage scope, timelines and budgets, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support commissioning, qualification and operational readiness to ensure a smooth transition into routine manufacturing.
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience leading process engineering delivery in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences environment.
- Deep knowledge of process design, equipment and facilities, with strong cGMP and regulatory understanding and the ability to share expertise with other engineers.
- Proven ability to lead complex capital projects or process changes, balancing safety, compliance, cost and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to guide teams, vendors and cross-functional partners.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the drive to challenge existing ways of working and deliver stronger engineering outcomes.
