Shift and ScheduleThis is a shiftâbased position consisting of 4 on / 4 off days, 8 amâ7 pm.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and review microbiological testing of raw materials, inâprocess samples, and final products.
Lead investigations into OOS/OOT results and support CAPA implementation.
Conduct environmental and utility monitoring in cleanroom and controlled environments.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure inspectionâreadiness.
Provide training in microbiological techniques and support team development.
Drive process improvements and support validation and project work.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role in a GMPâregulated microbiology lab (pharma or biopharma).
Proficiency in environmental monitoring, bioburden testing, and microbial identification.
Degree in a relevant life sciences subject (Microbiology preferred).
Ability to work according to shift pattern (4 on/4 off days 8 amâ7 pm).
