We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Process Expert (PPE) to support and optimise manufacturing processes within our Wrexham site. This key technical role focuses on ensuring robust, compliant, and efficient production of pharmaceutical products.

You’ll act as a technical expert, working cross‑functionally to resolve issues, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This is a temporary role until the end of Dec 2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support for manufacturing processes, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Production, Quality, and Engineering
  • Lead or support investigations (deviations, CAPAs) and implement effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and batch records
  • Support process validation, tech transfer, and implementation of new products/processes
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
  • Experience in a similar role, with experience either from manufacturing or a life sciences degree
  • Knowledge of change controls and QEVs
  • Experience with tech transfer or project management
  • Proven problem‑solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and investigations
  • Ability to train and coach
