Overview
As Director, Global Value & Access for Neuroscience, you will shape and execute global access and pricing to demonstrate product value to payers and HTA bodies. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to embed market access insights in product plans and lifecycle management. You’ll lead payer evidence strategies, pricing innovation, and tool development to secure patient access worldwide. This role offers impact across a growing neuroscience portfolio and requires proactive, data-driven leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and drive global access, reimbursement, and pricing plans
- Monitor neuroscience market landscape and translate insights into product strategy
- Identify payer needs to optimize access outcomes
- Collaborate with global pricing to address local challenges and reference pricing
- Lead development and rollout of tools (payer dossiers, cost calculators, objections)
- Represent Value & Access on cross-functional asset teams to integrate access in lifecycle plans
- Work with HEOR to identify evidence gaps and recommendations for data generation
- Support affiliates with global strategies and tools for local negotiations
- Use project management to share best practices and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate business cases with the global pricing team (patient populations, volumes, reimbursement criteria)
- Coordinate external consultants on projects as needed
- Communicate with leadership to align on initiatives and deliverables
Key requirements
- At least 10 years in Marketing Access and Pricing
- Experience with HTA submissions and global HTA landscape
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- International pharmaceutical industry experience
- Ability to travel internationally
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Technical knowledge of economic evaluations in healthcare
- Knowledge of international health care systems
- Understanding of drug development and payer requirements for clinical program design
