Overview
As Data & AI Project Lead, you drive end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics and AI initiatives within Ipsen’s Global Data & AI Division. You partner with sponsors, IT and external delivery teams to translate objectives into structured plans, manage scope, budget and risks, and ensure adoption and handover to operations. You’ll operate across domains, shaping solutions that unlock business value with governance and clear communications. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics and AI projects across business domains
- Structure project scope, governance, plans, resources and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (business, data, analytics, AI, engineering, security, compliance, change management)
- Monitor progress, risks, issues, decisions and financials
- Translate business requirements into feasible Data & AI solutions
- Communicate status, outcomes and impacts to sponsors and stakeholders
- Support solution adoption and transition to operations
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of delivery standards and practices
Key requirements
- 7+ years in project or program management with significant Data/Analytics/AI delivery experience
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects
- Ability to structure projects from demand to handover
- Strong planning, governance, budgeting, risk management and reporting skills
- Experience managing external partners or technology providers
- Strong business acumen and data literacy with senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency; ability to work across multiple business domains
