  • Build and manage integrations, data pipelines, and automation processes.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployment).
  • Collaborate with business, quality (CSV), and external partners to deliver compliant solutions.
  • Support system validation and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog refinement, continuous improvement).

Your profile & expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or software development roles.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in development, system integration, and automation.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Good knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
  • Experience working with data pipelines and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with scientific or R&D systems (LIMS, ELN, Veeva) is a plus.
  • Understanding of regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in cross‑functional and agile environments.
  • Fluent in English.

Why join Ipsen?

  • A highly hands‑on role at the core of digital innovation in R&D and medical environments.
