Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver omnichannel plans and customer journeys to drive engagement
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns from planning to measurement and optimization
- Ensure omnichannel activities are integrated with brand and medical teams to deliver value
- Govern digital content with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain compliant materials
- Use data and insights to improve performance and translate analytics into actionable recommendations
- Shape digital capabilities by sharing best practices and pursuing new opportunities
- Lead digital projects and transformation initiatives, including pilots and global rollouts
Key requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing, omnichannel or customer engagement with proven results
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience
- Knowledge of UK Ireland pharmaceutical environment and compliance requirements
- Experience designing and delivering digital content, campaigns and customer journeys
- Comfort with digital analytics and translating insights into actions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
