About The Role

As Business Excellence Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping the performance and effectiveness of our sales organization across the UK and Ireland. You’ll lead decision-making on incentive frameworks and sales targets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market realities. This is a high‑impact role requiring deep expertise in pharmaceutical sales and commercial operations. You’ll guide best practices in salesforce excellence, deliver actionable insights, optimize field force planning, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive data‑informed strategies that elevate commercial impact and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Force Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales performance, call activity, and customer engagement. Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. Provide insights to guide resource allocation and strategy.
- Territory & Targeting Management: Lead territory alignment and customer segmentation. Partner with marketing and sales leadership on targeting strategies. Manage updates to physician/HCP lists and territory structures.
- Incentive Compensation & Performance Tracking: Design and monitor incentive compensation schemes. Provide performance dashboards and tracking tools. Ensure fairness and alignment with business objectives.
- Reporting & Data Management: Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards. Ensure data quality across CRM, sales, and secondary sources. Deliver ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making.
What You’ll Bring
