Job Description

Join Ipsen as our Market Access Strategy Lead UKI.

Location: Field‑Based – UK & Ireland

Division: Corporate Affairs and Market Access

Reports to: Senior Director External Affairs and Market Access

Your Mission

As Market Access Strategy Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of driving equitable access to medicines. You’ll collaborate across functions and with external stakeholders to:

  • Develop and implement innovative market access strategies.
  • Shape NHS system and disease‑level policy initiatives.
  • Build compelling value narratives aligned with policy and stakeholder priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven expertise in UKI health system policy and reimbursement environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Strategic planning and tactical execution experience in market access.
  • Familiarity with ABPI/IPHA codes of practice. ABPI code of practice examination.
  • Experience in oncology, neurosciences, or rare diseases is a plus.
