We are seeking a dynamic Process S&T Manager to lead a team responsible for technical support and continuous improvement of drug substance and drug product manufacturing processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, driving process optimization, and supporting manufacturing excellence across our facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, Engineering) to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
- Utilise data and statistical tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Own and manage the Continuous Process Verification (CPV) program in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards through routine validation and qualification activities.
- Lead the Process S&T team, setting objectives and fostering talent development.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Relevant degree with extensive pharmaceutical development and manufacturing industry experience with strong GMP expertise.
- Prior experience in handling large complex development projects.
- Direct line management experience.
- Ability to influence, drive momentum cross functionally and problem solve.
