Key responsibilities:
- Lead analytical strategies and projects, including method development and lifecycle improvements aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- Drive implementation of advanced analytical and microbiological technologies for biologics characterization and tech transfer.
- Plan and execute technical aspects of analytical workload, including validation, data review, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with MS&T, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners to deliver robust solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for new method introductions, capital upgrades, and regulatory submissions.
- Mentor and support team development, ensuring high standards of technical expertise and compliance.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Degree in a relevant scientific subject
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical analytical and microbiological development (CMC).
- Strong expertise in biologics characterisation and lifecycle management.
- Proven leadership in analytical strategies and tech transfer.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
