Human Resources Business Partner, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organisational objectives. This is both a strategic and operational role focused on maintaining strong employee relations, fostering a high-performance culture, supporting talent development, and delivering impactful HR solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Drive performance management, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and organisational design.
  • Lead HR projects and campaigns that enhance engagement and culture.
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver specialised solutions.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Degree in relevant subject e.g. HR, Business or Legal + min. CIPD level 5, ideally level 7
  • Proven experience in partnering role ideally from the pharma, food or FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
