We’re seeking an experienced and proactive EHS Advisor to champion health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
- Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management and teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Experience in an EHS advisory role on a manufacturing site, ideally pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- NEBOSH certified.
- Ability to communicate and influence across all levels.
- Accountable, attentive to detail and a natural problem-solver.
