Job Description:
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
To own the business outcomes delivered by ACE (Agentic Content Experience), enabling AI-powered content creation, modularization, localization, and dissemination at scale. The role defines the problem statements, success metrics, and roadmap; translates business needs into an actionable backlog; and ensures compliant, measurable adoption across brands, markets, and channels.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & Governance
- Own outcomes, not tools: define ACE problem statements, success metrics, and an outcome-based roadmap aligned to Assets strategy and market priorities.
- Identify and prioritize the highest-value use cases for AI-powered creation, modular content, localization, and omnichannel dissemination.
- Define product guardrails and governance (roles/RACI, standards, templates, taxonomies/metadata, reuse rules) to enable speed with control.
- Embed compliance, privacy/consent, accessibility, and risk requirements upfront and throughout discovery and delivery.
- Content Model, Operating Model & Adoption
- Partner with Marketing, Medical and V&A to define workflows (authoring, review/approval, localization), training, enablement, and communications.
- Drive adoption through onboarding and self-service enablement; remove barriers to usage and improve user experience based on feedback.
- Establish a continuous improvement loop: measure adoption and outcomes, run retrospectives, and refine standards and ways of working.
- Product Backlog & Platforms
- Translate needs in business terms (personas, journeys, user stories, acceptance criteria) into a prioritized backlog and clear release goals.
- Lead agile ceremonies with the delivery squad; clarify scope, drive decision-making, and accept increments that meet agreed criteria and outcomes.
- Own UAT and business acceptance: plan test scenarios, coordinate stakeholders, capture defects, and sign off on readiness to deploy.
- People & Influence
- Lead and coach a high‑performing, matrixed team; influence without authority across Assets/markets and foster a positive, can‑do, performance culture.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge & Experience (essential):
- Proven Product Owner / Business Product Owner experience delivering digital and AI products with measurable outcomes (approximately 5–8+ years).
- Experience translating business needs into personas/journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritizing backlogs and managing release plans.
- Strong understanding of content lifecycle and operations: modular authoring, metadata/taxonomy, reuse, localization workflows, and governance.
- Fluency working in a regulated environment with compliance requirements (e.g., medical/legal review processes), embedding risk/consent/privacy requirements by design.
- Comfort with analytics and measurement: KPI ownership, dashboard interpretation, and using data to drive prioritization and optimization.
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):
- Experience with AI content intelligence and/or generative AI use cases for content ideation, variation, modularization, and quality checks.
- Familiarity with content ecosystems and integrations (e.g., DAM/CMS, CLM, headless services/APIs, search, experimentation platforms, translation tooling).
- Experience operating across multiple markets/geographies and driving change management and adoption at scale.
Education / Certifications (essential):
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Life Sciences or related).
Education / Certifications (preferred):
- Advanced degree (MBA, Analytics, or Life Sciences).
- Product Owner Certification.
