Join our dynamic team in Wrexham as a Packing Technician! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art packing lines. You'll work with cutting-edge technology, maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence to our customers. Shift pattern is Mon-Fri 6am-2pm and Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm alternating weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage automated and semi-automated packing lines, ensuring seamless operations.
- Handle the transfer of products and materials into and out of cold storage with precision.
- Maintain full compliance with cGMP standards in all activities and documentation.
- Ensure safety improvements within the packing function, maintain inspection-ready housekeeping, and adhere to EHS mandatory training schedules.
- Perform equipment and process fault finding, implementing corrective actions to keep everything running smoothly.
