Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday shift position – alternating from 6am-2pm one week to 2pm-10pm the following week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SME for vision systems and line settings, optimising article creation and subsequent operation, and resolving serialisation system issues to minimise downtime.
  • Provide direct involvement in on-line packing operations to identify and implement continuous improvement activities for mechanical and computerized systems.
  • Develop and maintain a fault‑finding/resolution database and provide training materials for timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain product recipes, generate labels, and support new product recipes for EU, US, and global requirements.
  • Own packing trials and support ongoing validation activities to introduce new products.
  • Communicate and recommend actions on mechanical or serialization issues to the Packing Manager, Team Leader, and Automation Team, and liaise with system suppliers for ongoing development and support.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Mechanical/Maintenance Technician or Mechanical Engineer) or a completed Engineering qualification.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience with SEA Vision is highly preferred.
  • Proactive and collaborative nature, likes to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Ability to work on site according to the shift pattern.
