We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving business performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, support decision‐making, and ensure strong financial control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key business functions to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Provide clear financial analysis and insights to drive informed decision‐making
  • Monitor performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunities
  • Challenge and support stakeholders to ensure cost‐effective decisions
  • Support month‐end reporting and explain variances to plan
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in a similar position, ideally from a manufacturing operation
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft applications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data
