IPSE is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to help drive membership growth by building a pipeline of prospective members, developing relationships and closing sales. Responsibilities include:
- Hunt and convert self-employed people into membership.
- Seek new prospects and build your own pipeline.
- Achieve growth targets set by Director of Membership.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to convert prospects into membership.
- Accurately promote the benefits of membership ensuring the value proposition is clear and appealing.
- Record all activity and data within the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to identify brand awareness opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive sustainable membership growth.
- Attend events (some travel around the UK may be required).
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in business development.
- Proven ability achieving targets and closing sales.
- Effective communicator both verbally and written.
- Pro-active approach and uses own initiative.
- Numbers-driven and self-motivated.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data.
- Based in the UK and with the right to work in the UK.
