Due to continued growth our Skelmersdale site are now recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a full time permanent basis.
Salary: £14.46 per hour.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am rotating.
As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure that all goods in vehicles are booked, tipped and monitored in a timely and effective manner as well as ensuring all administrative duties are carried out accurately.
Key Duties
- Deal with incoming vehicles and dispatching lorries.
- Daily contact with customers / hauliers and drivers.
- Main point of contact for incoming phone calls.
- Fully utilise systems available i.e. Customers SAP systems, effectively use the integrated management system (Vision) to plan and execute the day to day operation.
- Customer service management; liaise with internal and external customers to deliver highest levels of customer service on an ongoing basis.
- Stock management with regards to customer and IPS stock accuracy inbound and outbound systems.
- Customer Ways of Working and systems of work are adhered to and completed in a good time frame.
- Ensure all health and safety instructions are carried out while carrying out your duties.
- Ensure all stock on site is correct and accounted for on IPS and customer systems.
Qualifications
- IT literate with knowledge surrounding MS Office.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
- Previous admin/stock control experience.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and manage your own time effectively.
