IPS in Sherburn-in-Elmet is seeking a Production Line Leader to join our fast-moving beverage operation.
You will set up lines, lead deliveries, and coach a team to achieve production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 with occasional 14:00–22:00 shifts depending on demand.
You will monitor KPIs, drive productivity, and ensure GMP and hygiene compliance across the line.
