IPS, the UK market leader in Contract Packing, seeks a Shift Controller to manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets in line with QA and safety standards.
Rotational shifts: 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am.
You will motivate the team, ensure product conformity, drive efficiency and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, while liaising with customers as required.
