This is a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join the company as Group Risk Manager to assist in the management of risk and insurance across this diverse international business. Reporting to the Group Head of Insurance, you will help design, implement and maintain the Group's risk management framework and insurance programmes. You will work closely with senior management, operational teams, brokers, insurers and risk engineering specialists, providing clear and commercially focused advice. This is an opportunity to work at Group HQ level across a broad international portfolio of industrial businesses. You will gain exposure to complex risks, play a meaningful role in major insurance programmes and work directly with decision makers across the group. Work with group businesses to identify appropriate, cost-effective risk protection and insurance solutions. Help structure, market and implement insurance programmes with brokers and insurers. Gather, analyse and validate underwriting information from businesses across the Group. Assess and report significant risks and emerging issues. Support businesses throughout the claims process. Share risk and insurance knowledge across the business and contribute to continuous improvement. A practical understanding of risk management, insurance regulation and market practice. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn complex risk issues into clear, practical advice. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and confidence working with risk and insurance data.
