This role sits within a small, close-knit finance team and works closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight, control and support across multiple revenue streams.
Key responsibilities:
- Production of monthly management accounts with supporting analysis
- Variance analysis and commentary for senior management
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintenance and oversight of the purchase and sales ledgers
- Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations and control account ownership
- Monitoring margins and cost control across projects and departments
- Business partnering with operational teams
- Supporting year-end processes and audit requirements
- Involvement in cashflow forecasting and working capital management
Candidate profile:
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in a management accounting or similar role
