We’re looking for a senior leader to head up onboarding and transition of new pension scheme clients. You’ll drive strategy, manage complex transitions, and ensure seamless delivery across systems, data, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding strategy and transition delivery
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding (setup / BAU handover)
- Act as senior contact for high-value/complex transitions
- Oversee data migration, validation, and integration
- Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and resources
- Ensure high data quality, reporting, and issue resolution
- Support business development and client relationships
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
