Quality Assurance Operatives on a Full Time basis at our IPS Featherstone site.
Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00am-14:00pm and 14:00pm-22:00pm.
Salary: £26,546.04
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day quality audit checks on production lines.
- Responsible for issuing of technical documentation.
- Responsible for various product quality checks as required.
- Responsible for the collation and archiving of quality documentation.
- Responsible for the collation and recording of retained samples as per policy requirements.
- Responsible for the completion of routine technical audits, including environmental swabbing, glass and plastics, weekly scales validation etc.
- Assist into the investigation of NCRs and capture the relevant information.
- Responsible for the positive release of materials as and when required.
- Attend departmental meetings as required.
- Undertake any other duty commensurate with this role.
- Provide good communication and support levels at all times.
- Promote and execute company’s values.
- Undertake own internal training and development activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility of own Health & Safety and others that may be affected by your actions.
- Be committed to providing continuous improvements at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experienced within Quality Assurance.
- Good level of English.
- Good level of Maths.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience working in Quality.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety obligations.
- HACCP awareness / knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
