We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our friendly team in Bardon on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

As an Operations Administrator you will work closely with the Site General Manager at Bardon. The role is to report the site’s daily performance, weekly site results and be the first point of contact for all invoicing queries.

Key Duties of an Operations Administrator:

  • Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
  • Collate and report all invoicing data to IPS accounts.
  • Validate weekly supplier’s charges and raise PO's.
  • Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
  • Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
  • Collate daily and weekly reports of operational KPIs and share with major stakeholders.
  • Collate warehouse, transport and production forecasting and report to stakeholders.
  • Manage ASN and master data.
  • Compile monthly and weekly payroll reports.
  • Work closely with agencies to ensure payroll is accurate for all staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Level Spreadsheet skills and problem analysis.
  • Ability to work using own initiative and manage own workload.
  • Logical approach to problem solving and data seen.
  • Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
