Function description

As Sandfield Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations at sandfield sites involved in land reclamation. You will lead teams, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and coordinate with project management to ensure smooth execution of earthmoving activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate heavy equipment operators and site personnel.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce site safety protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and report site activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Support logistical planning and on‑site problem‑solving.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a foreman in reclamation, dredging, or earthmoving projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and work schedules.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid passport.
• Valid Medical Certificate.
• Availability to start on short notice.
