Requirements

• You\’ll be hands-on, operating and maintaining our Cutter Suction Dredger, becoming a true Dredge Operator expert.
• You\’ll guide and mentor your team, sharing your dredging knowledge and ensuring smooth, safe operations daily.
• You\’ll regularly inspect and troubleshoot dredging equipment, honing your mechanical skills and ensuring peak performance.
• You\’ll need a valid UK Frontier Work Permit or eligibility to work in the UK, along with STCW and essential safety certifications.
• A Seaman\’s book and passport are essential, and your strong English communication skills will be key for team collaboration.
