As a Support Officer, you provide both secretarial and administrative support to the commercial and financial departments within iPS. You’ll be part of the Mid-Office team, which operates across multiple locations. This means you’ll often collaborate digitally and remotely with your colleagues. Teamwork comes naturally to you, but you also enjoy taking initiative and working independently.
What are you going to do? You’ll play a key role in ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From creating and handling all necessary documentation for various workflows, to checking candidate profiles for completeness and generating professional iPS CVs, you make sure every detail is in place. You ensure accurate registration and archiving of all personnel documents in our system MSR, and you’re responsible for timely and thorough checks of certificates and documents, including verifying their authenticity. Whether it’s arranging training courses, booking flights and accommodation, or applying for the correct health certificates, CoCs or seaman’s books, you take care of it with precision.
